HomeTech 942 evolved from having several years of architectural design classes, 8 years in the military as an engineer, and various personal home improvements. I have a degree in commercial art but have always gravitated towards architecture and construction.

HomeTech 942 was formed in 2019 fulfilling requests for various projects ranging from repairs and installations to full-scale renovations.

At HomeTech 942, I take a no-nonsense approach to all projects adding a creative touch when the opportunity presents itself. Depending on the size and scope of a given project, 3D renderings and plans are presented to the customer prior to starting. That said, I know that the best-laid plans change during the construction process. Typically changes can be performed within the original cost estimate, meaning that I am fairly flexible and nimble when changes occur.

I am upfront about costs. All projects are broken out into materials and labor. The customer knows exactly what they are getting. As far as labor, time is time. I like to say it takes just as long to install a gold toilet as it does a porcelain one. The customer only pays more for a gold toilet, not the installation.
